This website is owned and operated by Glenn Michael Photography LLC, a Pennsylvania company. SERVICES
We provide professional photography services, including but not limited to portraits, event photography, commercial shoots, and digital photo editing.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A signed agreement and 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Full payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts for services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the timing of cancellation, a portion of the service fee may be retained as a cancellation charge. Refer to your service agreement for details.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Final images will be delivered in high resolution digital format unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks and service marks are owned by and property of Glenn Michael Photography LLC, or the properly attributed party.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed licensing agreement, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication of any image is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, website, marketing materials, and social media, unless the client expressly requests in writing that their images remain private.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Glenn Michael Photography LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of our services or website.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
